We are looking for an experienced and self-driven representative responsible for the development and expansion of our membership in the US and Canada.  You will actively seek and create opportunities to increase awareness of the benefits of membership of the RJC with the aim of both achieving enhanced engagement and retention of current members and the generation of new members.  You will support our members and represent the RJC across a variety of stakeholders in the US and Canada. The role supports the Executive Director in accelerating the development of the RJC within US and Canada and in turn contributing to the RJC’s long-term success.

We are looking for a professional and experienced Executive Assistant who is happy to take the initiative while working under the supervision of the Executive Officer, covering a wide range of administrative responsibilities to fully support the Executive Director. This role will be primarily responsible for the efficient arrangement of travel including the instigation and management of complex itineraries, logistics, meetings, expenses and diary management requiring accurate and timely diary planning and foresight for the Executive Office.

Also, the preparation of information requests supporting the Executive Officer where necessary.

The position is privy to confidential information and requires diplomacy and absolute discretion.

We are looking for a full-time, experienced and highly motivated General Manager to provide strategic and operational direction to our membership department. This role will be responsible for the oversight of the department’s primary functions of membership administration, invoicing, engagement and service as well as lending a hand within the day-to-day operations if needed.

The General Manager will provide expertise and support to the Senior Manager and the membership team, ensuring a provision of the highest levels of applicant and member service during what is for us a period of continuous and rapid growth.

This role will be at the forefront in further developing the capabilities of our membership department including the emerging requirements of due diligence, automated invoicing and customer service. The General Manager will work as part of the RJC management team, reporting directly to the Executive Director.
