RJC members shape the future of the industry​

Whatever the size of your business and wherever you are in the value chain, we want your voice to be heard. Our scalable membership options are designed to be relevant for every business – large or small.

RJC members commit to creating a responsible worldwide supply chain that promotes trust in the watch and jewellery industry. But, change is a collective effort. That’s why RJC offers three membership options so that you can get involved – whatever the size of your business and wherever you are in the value chain.

RJC was founded as an industry membership organisation to give member companies, from mine to retail, a leadership voice to shape the future of the global watch and jewellery industry.

Membership Fees

We welcome all members from the jewellery and watch supply chain.

RJC Commercial Membership

Enterprise actively involved for commercial reasons in the diamond, coloured gemstones (rubies, sapphires and emeralds), gold, silver and/or platinum group metals jewellery and watch supply chain.

Commercial membership fees exclude the cost of a third-party independent audit.

0.006% of Annual Relevant Sales (ARS)

  • Diamonds, coloured gemstones and precious metals miner
  • Jewellery and watch retailer

0.004% of Annual Relevant Sales (ARS)

  • Precious metals trader, refiner and/or hedger
  • Diamonds and coloured gemstones trader, cutter and/or polisher
  • Jewellery and watch manufacturer and/or wholesaler
  • Service industry e.g. gem laboratories, logistic companies

Minimum fee applies: £500 GBP or $790 USD Maximum fee applies: £63,750 GBP or $102,000 USD Annual Relevant Sales (ARS) is defined as the total sales derived from those parts of the applicant’s business that are directly involved in the diamond, coloured gemstones (rubies, sapphires and emeralds), gold, silver and/or platinum group metals jewellery and watch supply chain, for the financial year immediately preceding the date of the application or renewal date. For members in the precious metals, refiner, trader and hedger category, the ARS is defined as the total net income received from the refining of precious metals i.e. the refining/handling fees charged for the refining of precious metals that are sold and directly involved in the diamond, coloured gemstones, gold, silver and/or platinum group metals jewellery supply chain.0.006% of Annual Relevant Sales (ARS) equates to $60.00 per million dollars of ARS; 0.004% of Annual Relevant Sales (ARS) equates to $40.00 per million dollars of ARS. Term: Annual membership subscriptions run for 12 months from the joining date.

RJC Association Membership

Trade association with members that are actively involved in the diamond, coloured gemstones, gold, silver and/or platinum group metals jewellery supply chain.
